Terms of Service

Whalewatch is a product of Nino Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Whalewatch you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose — you should actually read them.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Whalewatch. By creating an account or activating a license key, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.

What Whalewatch is for

Whalewatch is a session intelligence tool for cam models. It reads public chat data from your own room via Chaturbate's Events API and surfaces viewer scoring, threat detection, and coaching prompts — all scoped to rooms you operate and have explicitly connected.

Permitted use

Your license key grants you access to monitor your own room only. “Your room” means a Chaturbate room where you are the broadcasting model and you generated the Events API token from your own account settings.

Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Use Whalewatch to monitor, surveil, or collect data from rooms you do not operate
  • Scrape, export, redistribute, or resell any data obtained through Whalewatch
  • Use Whalewatch or its data to harass, stalk, dox, or target any individual
  • Share your license key or provide access to your account to anyone else
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the desktop application

Violation of any of these results in immediate, permanent revocation of your license with no refund.

Content and 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Whalewatch does not host, store, transmit, or display any visual content — no video, no images, no audio, ever. All user-generated visual content is hosted by and subject to the terms of Chaturbate (Multi Media LLC). Record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply at the platform level where that content is hosted, not to Whalewatch. We process text-based event data only.

Beta and access

Whalewatch is currently in private beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any account at our discretion during the beta period. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Founder pricing guarantee

Users who activate a Founder-tier license (founder numbers 1–100) are guaranteed their founding rate for the life of their continuous payment. If a Founder stops paying and later resumes, they rejoin at the then-current tier price. This guarantee survives any future pricing changes, tier restructures, or product expansions. It does not apply to licenses activated outside the Founder tier.

Los usuarios que activen una licencia de nivel Fundador (números de fundador 1–100) tienen garantizado su precio de fundador durante toda la vida de su suscripción continua. Si un Fundador cancela y luego se vuelve a suscribir, se reincorpora al precio del nivel vigente en ese momento. Esta garantía sobrevive a cualquier cambio futuro de precios, reestructuración de niveles o expansión de productos. No aplica a licencias activadas fuera del nivel Fundador.

Independent product

Whalewatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chaturbate or Multi Media LLC. We use Chaturbate's public Events API that any model can generate from their account settings.
